At Hon Tattoo Studio, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are committed to maintaining transparent and fair policies while delivering the highest quality tattoo experience. Below are the details of our return and refund policy.

 

Non-Refundable Situations

 

Due to the nature of tattooing as a customized and permanent service, the following situations are not eligible for refunds or returns:

 

• Once the tattoo has been completed.

• After the client has approved the design and the tattoo process has started.

• If dissatisfaction is based on personal preference after the tattoo is completed.

 

Refundable Situations

 

While refunds are not typically provided, Hon Tattoo Studio offers partial or full refunds in certain cases:

 

• If the artist is unable to perform the scheduled work due to unforeseen circumstances.

• If Studio Hon cancels the appointment due to internal issues.

• If the client cancels the appointment at least 48 hours in advance before the tattoo session.

 

Deposit Policy

 

To secure your appointment, Studio Hon requires a deposit, which ensures preparation and time allocation by our artists.

 

• Deposits are applied to the total cost of the tattoo.

• Appointments can be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Failure to notify within this time frame will result in a forfeited deposit.

 

Touch-Up Policy

 

At Studio Hon, we are dedicated to ensuring the longevity and quality of your tattoo. Our touch-up policy is as follows:

 

• Free touch-ups are available for issues such as ink loss or fading within a specific time frame (e.g., within 6 weeks of the original session).

• Touch-ups for issues caused by improper aftercare may incur additional charges.

• Touch-ups must be performed by the original tattoo artist whenever possible.

 

Client Responsibilities

 

To ensure the best tattoo experience, we kindly ask all clients to:

 

• Fully approve the design and details before the tattoo process begins.

• Disclose any relevant health conditions (e.g., allergies, skin sensitivity) prior to the session.

• Follow the aftercare instructions provided to maintain the quality of the tattoo. Studio Hon is not responsible for issues caused by failure to follow aftercare guidelines.
